One of the main things that sets the Barnesville Potato Days Festival apart from other small town festivals is the festival's allegiance to their namesake – the potato!

While the festival includes the standard fare of a parade and craft show, we guarantee there is no where else where you can enjoy so many tator events. From mashed potato sculpting to potato sack fashions, the golden potato hunt to sewing and stacking competitions, potato peeling contests, quilt show to potato car races, we think our events are a delightful change from the ordinary.
