No festival would be complete without lots of good food and the Potato Days Festival is no exception. As in past years the parking lot in the southeast corner of the four way stop will become home for the famous Potato Days Food Court. Food Court hours are: Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

This year's taste tempting menu for both Friday and Saturday includes: Baked Potatoes & Toppings, Potato Sausage, Fresh-Cut French Fries, Lefse, Dumplings, Corn-on-the-Cob and more.

Other featured foods include BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Au gratin Potatoes, Mini Donuts, Lemonade, Malts & Milk Shakes, Hamburgers and Hobo Tacos.

Rounding out the Potato Days food selection are some of the all-time favorites including: Potato Dumplings, Rommegrot, and Potato Chip Cookies.

And, if that’s not enough to choose from, head down to Hildebrand Hall on Saturday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 PM and take in the Chocolate Festival sponsored by the Assumption Youth. And don't forget to take in the Potato Soup Feed from 12:00 to 4:00 PM also on Saturday, sponsored by the Barnesville American Legion at the Club rooms.

In both the food court and at various other festival sites, festival goers will be able to enjoy a wide variety of Pepsi products. As a corporate sponsor, Pepsi Americas will make a cash contribution back to the Potato Days Board for each case of Pepsi products sold during the festival.
