Potato Days has become famous for the unique potato foods. Start the Saturday off with the KC’s Potato Pancake Feed. Revive sagging energy levels with a chocolate fix found at the Chocolate Festival. The fabulous Food Court, featuring 40+ entrees, is open both days to tempt the taste buds. Cooks from around the area invite you to enjoy such specialties as potato dumplings, potato lefse, potato donuts, potato pancakes and potato sausage.

One will want to fill up on free French fries Friday night at the French Fry Feed or perfect a potato recipe and join in the fun at the Potato Cookoff. Last, but not least, is the National Lefse Cookoff on Friday afternoon.
